Discount Code Terms & Conditions

The below Terms & Conditions apply to all standard discounts on Supreme Offers. Some codes may be subject to additional terms, which will be outlined in the email where the discount has been issued to you

1. Discounts will expire on the date specified in the discount email.
   
2. Supreme Imports reserves the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.
   
3. You cannot use a discount code alongside another code unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.
   
4. We cannot apply a discount code to your order after your order has been submitted.
   
5. Discount codes are issued for use by the intended recipient/customer only and must not be shared, published or distributed without our permission. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a discount and, where appropriate, suspend or close an account where a discount code has been misused.
   
6. Unless otherwise stated, the discount is calculated on the value of eligible products in the basket, excluding VAT, delivery charges and any other excluded charges.
   
7. Each discount code may only be used once per trade customer, unless otherwise stated in the promotional email.
   
8. Discount codes may exclude certain products, brands, categories or services. Any exclusions will be stated in the promotional email or promotion-specific terms.
   
9. Discount codes may be subject to a minimum qualifying spend or other eligibility criteria, as stated in the promotional email.
   
10. If goods purchased using a discount code are subsequently returned or partially returned or cancelled, the discount applied may be recalculated and the refund adjusted accordingly.
    
11. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or correct a discount where a code has been issued or applied in error, or where the discount has been obtained through misuse or in breach of these terms.
    
12. Discount codes are only available to active Supreme trade account customers and may not be used by consumer or guest or express account holders.
    

    
    

How To Use Discount & Promotional Codes:
1. Log in to your Supreme Offers Trade Account.
2. Add your eligible products to your basket.
3. Enter your discount code in the Promotional Code box and select Apply.
4. Check that the discount has been applied before proceeding to checkout.
5. Complete your order as normal.

Please note: Discount codes and promotions must be applied before your order is submitted. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply or amend discounts retrospectively once an order has been submitted.
